Local Pros Network runs local help websites for home services. When a homeowner finds one of our sites and asks for help, their request is delivered straight to one independent local provider — no call center in between, no screening queue. That's the whole model.
We're a referral network, not a contractor. We don't pump tanks, turn wrenches, or set prices — the providers in the network do the work, on their own terms.
How it works
Most lead services sell the same homeowner's details to four or five companies at once. We built the opposite: a homeowner's request goes directly to one matched provider — nobody screens it, holds it, or shops it around first.
They search for help — say, a septic inspection before selling their house — and land on one of our local help sites.
They call or send a short request form describing what they need and where the property is.
The request is delivered directly to the one local provider matched to that site — no one at the network reads it, screens it, or sits on it first.
You contact the homeowner, quote the job, and do the work — directly, on your own terms, with no middleman in the conversation.
